Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) in Prescott, AZ. This part-time role involves providing compassionate, person-centered home and community-based supports to individuals with IDD.

Shifts are multiple, with driving required. Hourly rates vary by service type: Respite $18.50, Attendant Care $18.75, Habilitation $19.00, and typical hours 5–15 weekly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License (driving required).
• Have documentation of current registration and car insurance.
• Clean 39-month motor vehicle report.
• Ability to complete training programs and pass tests.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within required timelines.
• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of all member information and informs Coordinator of changes.
• Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
• Provide companionship and personal care such as dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, plus emotional support.

Essential Functions:

• Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
• Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member’s Coordinator of any changes.
• Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
• Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.

Typical hours:

Able to work at least 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. This is typically a part-time job, with average hours between 5 and 15 a week. In some cases, full-time may be attainable if applicants have a very flexible schedule and are willing to commute longer distances to client homes.
