Job summary
Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an In-Home Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Cave Creek, and surrounding areas. The role requires driving and offers part-time hours with potential full-time for flexible schedules.
Hourly rates vary by service type: Respite $16, Attendant Care $16.25, Habilitation $18.25. Comprehensive benefits exist for full-time staff, and several part-time perks apply, including paid time off
Qualifications
- Must perform proper documentation of billing, time sheets, and reporting within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and notify coordinator of changes.
- Assist with community, household, and personal care tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care, including dressing, feeding, washing, and toileting support.
- Report and document care activities accurately for billing and scheduling.
- Encourage member participation in household and community activities.
