Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking Day Program Staff to support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home and community setting. You will assist with daily living skills, behavior management, and habilitation goals, working as part of a collaborative team in a positive environment.

Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, with a starting hourly rate of $16.75. Driving is required and location is Phoenix/Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Perform behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills.
• Engage in activities, work in a team environment, and ensure a positive atmosphere.
