Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) to deliver person-centered home-based services in the Phoenix metro area, including Glendale and surrounding cities. This part-time role offers evening shifts with compensation based on service type (Respite, Attendant Care, Habilitation).

You will document time and billing accurately while maintaining confidentiality and supporting individuals with daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Hold a valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Have documentation of current registration and car insurance
• Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
• Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

Responsibilities

• Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
• Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member’s Coordinator of any changes.
• Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
• Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.
