Job summary

Nationwide-Home-Health-Care is seeking Home Health Aides / Caregivers / STNAs to join our Ashtabula, OH team. Provide non-skilled in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience OR a current STNA certification, with reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience OR a current STNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Complete accurate documentation of care provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans while respecting clients' privacy and independence.
