Job summary

Nationwide-Home-Health-Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides / Caregivers / STNAs to serve clients in Chardon and surrounding Geauga County communities. Roles include non-skilled, in-home care to help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience OR a current STNA certification. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience OR a current STNA certification.
Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
Reliable transportation to and from client homes throughout Chardon and Geauga County.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers.
Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed.
Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
Complete accurate documentation of care provided.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Follow individualized care plans while respecting clients' privacy and independence.
