Nationwide Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides / Caregivers / STNAs in the Ashtabula, OH area to provide non-skilled, in-home care, helping clients maintain independence with dignity and quality of life.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience OR a current STNA certification. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential for delivering personalized in-home support and documenting care accurately.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience OR current STNA certification required.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Complete accurate documentation of care provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans while respecting clients' privacy and independence.
