Job summary

Home Instead in Troy, MO is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. The role includes companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, with flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must be able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to ensure consistency.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing; bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities
