Job summary

Home Instead is seeking in-home caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. Earn $16.00–$17.25 per hour with weekly pay, and choose from part-time or full-time shifts. Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend openings may be available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Basic English speaking reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and one-on-one support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support clients with daily routines and activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility and safe movement as needed.
• Deliver consistent, dependable care while respecting client independence and dignity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
