Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide compassionate in-home care in Nevada. Create your own schedule, support clients in daily activities, and enjoy benefits including health coverage and pretax savings options.

Candidates should have strong communication, a respectful approach to diverse clients, and reliable transportation. You will work under a supervising RN, assist with personal care and light housekeeping, and help maintain a safe, dignified home

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to HR.
Must have reliable transportation to visit clients.
Free from health problems that may be injurious to client, self, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, reminders for medications).
Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, shopping as needed.
Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN and encourage client independence.
Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Report any incidents or changes to the RN promptly.
