Formación

• 3–6 months of caregiving experience or relevant personal experience.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events.
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns; maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.

Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for our clients in the Apollo area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and prefers a consistent weekday morning schedule and has experience working with Dementia clients.

Schedule

• Morning shifts (starting 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM)
• Evening shifts (starting 3:00 PM)
• Weekdays

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concernsMaintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test (Required)
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.
