Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide timely medication reminders.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary plans and assist during mealtimes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment with light housekeeping.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home and community care settings is highly preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, elderly individuals, or patients with dementia/Alzheimer's disease is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (swab test).
• Verified prior caregiving experience.
