Just Between Seniors is seeking an compassionate In Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. You’ll deliver essential daily living assistance and build meaningful relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, HIPAA compliance, medication support, meal prep, mobility assistance, and collaboration with healthcare teams. A caregiving background in home health or assisted living is preferred and CPR/First Aid knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or similar settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to lift safely.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Capable of supporting diverse client needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Administer medications according to care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Follow safety protocols including first aid and CPR.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to update care plans.
