HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support clients in their homes with daily activities, safety, and comfort. The role emphasizes memory care support and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Experience in home health care or long-term care settings preferred.
First aid and CPR certification desirable.
Experience with dementia care or memory care is a plus.
Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support.
Monitor vital signs and administer medications per care plans.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
Maintain a clean, safe home environment with light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to support mental well‑being.
Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals.
