Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Experience with activities of daily living and safety monitoring.
• Ability to observe, document, and report changes.
• Adherence to ethics and confidentiality in care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bed transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain clean living spaces.
• Assist with nutrition, meal prep, and feeding.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and needs.
• Maintain progress notes and communicate with supervisors.
