Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in the United States is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about helping elderly clients live safely at home. You will assist with ADLs, provide mobility support, prepare meals, accompany to appointments, and perform light housekeeping while following care plans and maintaining client safety.

Applicants must have a valid HHA certificate and CPR, a Level 2 background check with fingerprinting, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HHA certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving or in-home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
• Recent TB test results.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, encourage social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
