Qualifications

Certification in caregiver training or equivalent experience in personal care.
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
Ability to pass background checks and comply with state and federal regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide medication reminders and support adherence under supervision.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
Monitor health and report changes to supervisors or healthcare providers.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments.
Follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality.
