English Rose Home Care in St. Paul, MN is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for in-home, one-on-one care of clients with Alzheimer's, dementia and other complex conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous one-on-one caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, hospice or complex care needs is a plus.
• Comfortable following detailed care instructions and working independently.
• Valid driver''s license

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide transportation or errands assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
• Observe and report changes in a client''s condition.
