Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

• Support with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and documentation as required.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and families.
