Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Proof of car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform care duties.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work/history references with contact emails.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care and ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and safe transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Remind about medications and manage reminders.
• Transport clients for appointments and errands when authorized.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
