Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Putnam County, TN, seeks in-home caregivers to provide companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities. Friendly team, flexible full-time, part-time and PRN scheduling, and training are available to help you grow professionally.

Earn $16/hour base pay with additional premiums for TN CNA certification, overnight hours, and other opportunities. Benefits include paid training, travel time, and a path to NADSP credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming
• Activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Laundry and medication reminders
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks
• Transportation and errands, as needed and authorized
