Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking in-home caregivers, CNAs, DSPs and new entrants to home care. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and PRN schedules, paid training, and support to help you succeed, alongside base pay of $16/hour and a $500 sign-on bonus.

We provide paid travel time, weekly pay with pay advance options, and a range of benefits including medical, dental and vision, plus a 401(k) plan and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
• Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work / activity history accounting for the past 5 years.
• 3 references, including one person who has known you at least 5 years; email addresses required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support.
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming.
• Activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Laundry and medication reminders.
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks.
• Transportation and errands, as needed and authorized.
