Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Martin, TN is hiring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Roles include companionship, personal care, meal prep, and mobility support with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Starting pay is $14/hour with a $16 base rate for eligible CNAs, plus an additional $1 CNA premium and a $1 shift differential for overnight/late shifts. Benefits include training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state ID is required.
• Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work/activity history covering the past 5 years; 3 references with emails.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support activities of daily living and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with laundry and medication reminders.
• Help with transfers and other authorized care tasks.
• Provide transportation and errands as needed and authorized.
