Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Jackson, TN is seeking compassionate in‑home caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance as NADSP credentials are pursued.

Roles include companionship, personal care, and mobility assistance across flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Eligible caregivers can earn competitive pay with bonuses and benefits, including paid training, travel time, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, CNA, DSP, home health aide, or entry into home care welcomed.
• Wamiliar with in‑home care tasks and maintaining client independence.
• Strong communication and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Transport and run errands as approved.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
