Senior Solutions Home Care in Lebanon, TN is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers. You will provide companionship, personal care, and mobility assistance to clients in their own homes, ensuring dignity and independence.

Training is provided and scheduling is flexible to fit your availability. Eligible caregivers can receive paid training, travel time reimbursement, and benefits; NADSP E-Badge credentials may be pursued with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation and car insurance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work / activity history accounting for the past 5 years; 3 references (emails required).

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and ADLs.
• Support mobility and transfers between positions.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with medication reminders, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Provide transportation as authorized and required.
