Altra Homecare Group in Mishawaka, IN is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or CNAs to join our in-home care team. You will support clients with daily activities, medication reminders, and safety monitoring in a respectful, client-centered setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure client safety
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
• Monitor and record client temperature
• Assist client's with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
