HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) in Minden, IA is seeking caring individuals to join our in-home caregiving team. Provide non-medical support to clients at their homes, promoting independence, safety, and dignity in daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention
• Offer respite care for family caregivers
