Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a worker-owned cooperative. You will provide one-on-one care to help individuals maintain independence at home, teach adaptive skills, and support wellness activities. The role includes meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and facilitating community participation.

Experience in homecare is valued, along with a valid MN Driver License. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion to help others and a caring attitude are essential.
• Valid MN driver license and insured driver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to help individuals maintain independence.
• Teach adaptive skills and support wellness activities.
• Assist with preparing meals and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and facilitate community participation.
• Update team leads and case managers on care progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus!
