Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a compassionate caregiver/team member to support individuals in maintaining independence and wellness. You will provide one-on-one care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal prep as part of a dedicated team serving the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in home care or direct care is preferred.
• A passion to help others and put clients first is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important.
• Willing to travel and valid MN driver license required.
• Able to pass DHS background screening and related checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care.
• Teach adaptive skills to clients and encourage daily wellness activities.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transport as needed.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety during shifts.
• Update team leads and case managers on client progress and needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience - homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc - A Plus!
