Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide non-medical personal care and support in home settings. You will follow the assigned plan and report changes to the Director of Operations, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered service.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments. We offer training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• 18 years of age or older per state regulation.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Help the consumer with non-medical personal care (bathing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with transfers and transfer devices per state regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals/snacks and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with non-medical health maintenance activities and routine wellness.
• Escort/transport to medical appointments when authorized by staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping.
