Team Select Home Care in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide non-medical personal care in the home and assist with daily living activities for ill or disabled clients. You will report to the Director of Operations and follow the assigned service plan.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal support, basic health maintenance, transportation assistance to appointments, and documenting care shifts with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old or per state regulations.

Responsibilities
