Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Eugene, OR. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule and goals.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches, build consistent schedules, and stay engaged through the app, ensuring privacy and compassionate care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or related education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to/from client homes; must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
