Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We provide personalized in-home care helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.

Whether you want more hours or a stable schedule, we’re looking for caregivers who are ready to work, make a difference, and grow with the company as it expands across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, personal care).
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and daily routines.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Run errands as needed and follow client care plans.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in client condition to the team.
