Job summary
Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide personalized in-home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES participants.
We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow as our company expands. Minimum requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of caregiving
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and supervision
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines
- Following individualized client care plans
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
