Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support across Chisago area, with flexible schedules and competitive pay. No prior caregiving experience is required as training is provided. Roles include companionship, personal care, meal prep, errands, and transportation to activities.

Positions include both full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay options and incentives such as PTO, retirement plans, and career advancement possibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Previous caregiving experience (CNA/HHA/PCA/DSS) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene and other personal care.
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and safety.
• Driving clients to appointments and community activities.
