Job summary

Comfort Keepers of Anoka, MN is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in the Shoreview area. No previous caregiving experience is required—training is provided.

We offer $18–$21/hour with a $3 weekend differential, next-day pay options, PTO, retirement plan, referral bonuses, and flexible schedules. Shifts include weekday afternoons and daytime coverage across 7 days, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Comfortable providing extended in-home support.
• Caregiving experience is helpful; previous experience is preferred for some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety
