Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Edwardsville is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care across the Madison County area, including Edwardsville and surrounding towns. Join a supportive team focused on helping families maintain independence and comfort at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. Training is provided, and a background check and drug screening are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure safety and well-being in the home environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Synergy HomeCare staff.
