Right at Home Northwest Suburban is hiring caregivers to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. Caregivers work independently but are supported by an engaged office team, with emphasis on reliability, communication, and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility.
• Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client health and document changes
• Assist with mobility and physical activities
• Administer medications as directed
• Engage clients with memory care activities and routines
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings
