Right at Home Northwest Suburban Chicago is hiring caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently in their homes. Caregivers work with an engaged office team that values communication, reliability, and compassionate care.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($18-$21/hour), mileage reimbursement, biweekly pay option via Early Wage Access, health insurance options, paid time off, ongoing training, and supportive supervision to grow professionally.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility.
• Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client health and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Engage clients with memory care activities and routines.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings.
