Right at Home Northwest Suburban Chicago seeks professional caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities live more independent, dignified lives in the comfort of their own homes. You will work independently in clients’ homes but are fully supported by an engaged office team.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, companionship, health monitoring, mobility assistance, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client health and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Engage clients with memory care activities and routines.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings.
