Right at Home Northwest Suburban in the Northwest Suburban area is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities. Caregivers work in clients' homes with guidance from an engaged office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client health and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Engage clients with memory care activities and routines.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings.
