Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking dependable, compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors and veterans in the Marinette, WI area. No experience required; paid training and CPR certification are provided to help you start quickly.

Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Current CPR certification preferred; can be obtained through training.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and dietary instructions.
Strong communication and time management with clients and families.

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Providing mobility support inside and outside the home.
Offering medication reminders and meal preparation help.
Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks.
Assisting with transportation to appointments and shopping as needed.
Documenting care provided and communicating changes to the team.
Responding appropriately in emergencies.
