Village Caregiving in Appleton, WI is hiring dependable in-home caregivers to help seniors and veterans in their homes. No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and CPR certification.

We offer flexible scheduling options and a supportive team environment. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time openings with daily pay options, opportunities for raises and bonuses, life insurance, an employee 401(k), and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred; certification can be obtained through our training process.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Basic knowledge of meal preparation and housekeeping
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and client care instructions
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Providing mobility and walking assistance inside and outside the home
• Offering medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
• Assisting with shopping and transportation to appointments when needed
• Helping clients complete physical therapy exercises and other activities
• Communicating with clients, family members, and office staff regarding care needs and changes in condition
• Keeping accurate records of hours worked, services provided, and required care notes
• Reporting unusual changes or concerns to the appropriate office staff
• Responding appropriately and responsibly in emergency situations
