Village Caregiving is hiring dependable, compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors and veterans in the Green Bay, WI area. No prior experience required; paid training and CPR certification are provided.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within the company. Positions available include full-time and part-time with immediate openings and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Providing mobility and walking assistance inside and outside the home.
• Offering medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Assisting with shopping and transportation to appointments when needed.
• Helping clients complete physical therapy exercises and other recommended activities.
• Communicating with clients, family members, and office staff regarding care needs and changes in condition.
• Keeping accurate records of hours worked, services provided, and required care notes.
• Reporting unusual changes or concerns to the appropriate office staff.
• Responding appropriately and responsibly in emergency situations.
