Village Caregiving is seeking dependable, compassionate in-home caregivers to assist seniors and veterans in the Marinette, WI area. No prior experience is required; paid training and CPR certification are provided.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within the company. Positions available include full-time and part-time with immediate openings and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Life and safety guidelines follow.
• CPR certification preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and daily activities.
• Provide mobility assistance inside and outside the home.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with shopping and transportation to appointments.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Communicate care needs with family and office staff.
• Maintain accurate care notes and records.
• Report changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Respond to emergencies appropriately.
