Right at Home Long Beach is hiring Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care in Bellflower, CA. Immediate part-time and full-time openings with competitive pay and flexible schedules.

Join a team dedicated to helping clients stay in the comfort of their homes and maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light cleaning, meal preparation, appointments, and companionship.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Registration as California Home Care Aide (HCA) is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• State and Federal LiveScan fingerprinting is required.
• CPR certification is recommended.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in home.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, etc.
