Job summary

Right at Home Long Beach is hiring Caregivers and Home Health Aids to join a caring team providing in-home support in Lynwood, CA. Immediate part-time and full-time positions available, enabling you to help clients stay safely in their homes where they are most comfortable.

Earn $18–$20/hr with flexible scheduling, paid sick leave, paid training, and rewards programs. The role includes travel time reimbursement, 24/7 office support, and a mission-driven work culture focused on quality of life

Qualifications

• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate.
• Registered as a California Home Care Aide.
• Current TB Test.
• State and Federal LiveScan (Fingerprinting).
• CPR Certification (recommended).
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living in-home.
• Perform household tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide mobility assistance and range of motion support.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Ensure safety and report changes to supervisor.
