Job summary

Always Best Care Boerne is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to provide in-home care for seniors in Blanco, TX. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, monitor safety, and document care using our integrated platform. Training is provided; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month
• Training provided
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• 3 professional references
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Document care provided and report changes to supervising team
• Encourage recreational activities and social engagement
• Help ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
