Always Best Care Boerne is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to support seniors in Marble Falls, TX. You will help clients stay independent at home, with safety, comfort, and companionship, and work with a caring, professional team.

This role offers flexible hours, training provided, and the chance to make a meaningful difference. Duties include daily living tasks, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility support, and accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month
• Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided
• Passionate about helping seniors and making a positive difference in their lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and mobility assistance
• Dependable, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• 3 professional references
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance while prioritizing client safety and comfort
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising team
• Encourage appropriate recreational activities and social engagement
• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and company policies
• Promote the client's dignity, independence, and overall well-being
