Job summary

Always Best Care Boerne is seeking Skilled Caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Kerrville, TX and surrounding Hill Country communities. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and safety in the clients\' homes.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, overtime opportunities, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Some benefits include health insurance options and 401(k) for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Smartphone required for documentation and time tracking.
• Authorized to work in the United States; willing to complete background check and drug screening.
• Three professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Document completed care using our mobile app.
• Follow the client\'s care plan and company policies.
• Perform other related caregiving duties as assigned.
